Anthony
Natella, founder and president of Diversified Communications Group, has over twenty-five
years of experience in the high-technology recruitment industry. Mr. Natella began his
career working for IBM's Data Processing and General System Computer Division, after
graduating from Northeastern University with a BS in management. After completing six
successful years with IBM, Anthony moved to Source Service Corporation. At Source, Anthony
was promoted to Senior Vice President of all three divisions: Source EDP, Source Finance
and Source Engineering. As Senior Vice President, he was instrumental in developing and
implementing nationwide corporate programs for sales, career planning, and training.
Anthony Natella is a frequent keynote motivational speaker at many
high-technology sales seminars and has been a guest speaker on local radio talk shows, at
universities, and with professional associations such as the DPMA. He was also a
sales/motivational speaker for Inc. Magazine’s annual Louisville symposium.
Tony has been married 29 years, has two children and lives on the North Shore.
