I. Why Should I Hire You?

  1. Tell me about yourself.
  2. What sort of job would you really like?
  3. Are you ready for a job like this?
  4. You have changed jobs frequently. Are you still uncertain of your career direction.
  5. Will you relocate?
  6. How soon would it be before you could make a contribution?
  7. What motivates you?
  8. How long would you stay with us?
  9. What magazines do you read?
  10. What are your short term goals?
  11. What are your long term goals?
  12. What are you looking for in a job?
  13. What can you do for us that someone else can't?
  14. Do you work well under pressure?
  15. What salary are you worth?
  16. What are your three most important accomplishments thus far in your career?
  17. What is your greatest strength?

 

II. Role Play all of these:

  1. What is the opening statement you will make in the interview?
  2. 1a. Tell me about yourself Sales background.

  3. How successful are you in your career?
  4. Tell me how you sell?
  5. What do you enjoy most about sales?
  6. What do you least enjoy about sales?
  7. Why are you leaving your current and past positions?
  8. What are your goals and objectives in this position
  9. What is the first thing you will do when you start here?
  10. What will your greatest challenge be in this position?
  11. What area do you want to grow in?
  12. Tell me about yourself,
  13. Tell me about your best sale or (System Design) and why.
  14. Ho do you close?
  15. How do you measure a successful systems effort?

 

Lastly close the call by summarizing specified reason for the interview, what you like about the position and company and how well you work with the manager and learn from him or her. Then ask "what's the next step?" or "when do I start? Or "how do I get an offer?", "I would love to work here!"
